The Emet Traditions program is currently run at the following schools:

  • Woollahra Public School – each Tuesday after school
  • Lane Cove Public School – each Wednesday after school
  • Clovelly Public School – each Thursday and Friday before school
  • South Coogee Public School – each Wednesday after school

Lessons take place during school terms only (not in school holidays). Lessons may be attended not only by students at the school hosting the program but also by students at other nearby schools. After-school classes are for 2 hours, while the before-school classes at Clovelly PS are for one hour each morning. Fees apply and are payable each semester (twice a year)*.

Each lesson has two components – a Jewish Studies component, followed by a Hebrew language component. Students travelling from other schools in order to attend may miss some of the Jewish Studies component, but should arrive in good time to attend all of the Hebrew component.
